On January 30, 2025, NCMH participated in the first-quarter meeting of the Sub-Committee on Health
for 2025, which was held at the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) Building in Quezon City,
where key topics included improving PHILHEALTH rehabilitation packages, updates on the DOH health
program and initiatives also addressing fraudulent disability IDs.
NCMH participation in this meeting underscores its commitment to collaborating with relevant agencies
and stakeholders to improve the lives of persons with disabilities in the Philippines and is expected to
contribute significantly to the development of more effective and inclusive health policies and
programs.
