As part of our Performance Governance System deliverables through advancement of mental health via collaborations and partnerships, the National Center for Mental Health and the Philippine Coast Guard signed a Memorandum of Understanding last July 17, 2023 at the Administrative Conference Room. In attendance were the NCMH Executive Committee headed by the Medical Center Chief II, Dr. Noel V. Reyes and for the Philippine Coast Guard, CG Commandant, CG Admiral Artemio M Abu, and his delegates. Dr. Reyes and CG Abu said this partnership would strengthen the mental and psychological well-being of Coast Guard personnel, their dependents, and victims of critical incidents.
