The NCMH-Public Health Unit, in collaboration with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration - National Capital Region (OWWA - RWO NCR), conducted a Mental Health Caravan entitled "Mental Health Awareness and Stress Management Training" for OWWA-NCR Scholars.

The activity aimed to promote mental health awareness, combat stigma, and address common misconceptions about mental health. One of the highlights was introducing a character experiencing academic stress - something many scholars could relate to.

The training emphasized the importance of creating a supportive environment, especially for adolescents, and featured a combination of lectures and engaging activities. Scholars actively participated by asking questions about stigma and managing emotional challenges.

The NCMH-Public Health Unit remains committed to raising mental health awareness among students through continuous Mental Health Caravans.
