The National Center for Mental Health’s Public Health Unit (NCMH-PHU) served as resource persons during the Intramuros Administration - Finance and Administrative Division’s (IA-FAD) Team-Building Session held at Ciudad Christhia Resort, San Mateo, Rizal, from January 9 to 11, 2025.
Atty. Jose P. Iporac, Ms. Keisha D. Arjona, and Ms. Lynell C. Barayuga spearheaded insightful discussions on critical topics, including mental health in the workplace, the importance of psychosocial wellness, fostering a supportive environment, work ethics, teamwork, and conflict management. The team also facilitated interactive activities to reinforce learning and ensure the participants could apply the concepts in their workplace.
IA-FAD highlighted its commitment to prioritizing employees’ mental well-being, recognizing its vital role in enhancing teamwork and productivity. The event emphasized the value of creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where individuals and teams can thrive.
By starting the year with this meaningful initiative, the NCMH Public Health Unit continues to advocate for mental health awareness and aims to inspire more institutions to champion psychosocial wellness in their respective workplaces.
