The Activity Therapy Section (ATS), in collaboration with the Public Health Unit—Patient Education and Navigation Unit (PHU-PENU), and with support from the Physical Rehabilitation Unit (PRU) and the Infection Prevention Control Committee (IPCC).

These programs play a vital role in educating service users about common summer-related infectious diseases and promoting simple preventative practices, such as frequent handwashing. They empower individuals to make informed and mindful choices that support their well-being, including staying hydrated, dressing appropriately for the heat, and recognizing when to pace themselves. Furthermore, these initiatives highlight the benefits of physical activity, emphasizing its positive impact on both physical strength and mental health.

The Summer Sports Festival 2025 is more than just a celebration; it serves as a reminder that recovery is a continuous process, and every small step contributes to a stronger and more empowered sense of self.
